Our Liberty facility is equipped with a 400 ton per hour ASTEC stationary drum facility. This plant can be run on #2 diesel or natural gas. The plant is equipped with 6 cold feed bins for ease of changing mixes throughout the day. It is equipped with a RAP cold feed bin for using Recycled Asphalt Pavement in our mixes. The plant is also equipped with a pulse jet baghouse for environmental control. This facility has two 300 ton storage silos, so we can run different types of mixes throughout the day.
The majority of our virgin material comes from the Vulcan Quarry in Liberty which is a SCDOT approved facility. We have asphalt and tack available for private sales. Our asphalt silos have an SCDOT release agent available to our customers. We are able to accept your uncontaminated asphalt for recycle.
The Liberty facility has a South Carolina Department of Transportation-approved mix design and testing laboratory.
Our corporate office is located at the Liberty facility. Our asphalt and base crews report to the Liberty facility every morning. We conduct training and weekly safety meetings for employees at this facility. We accept applications all year long for positions within the company. We also have estimators on site that can handle all your asphalt and curbing needs. We are able to accept payment from customers using a variety of methods including VISA or Mastercard.
We have our own maintenance facility at the Liberty facility. This allows us to respond to internal problems in an efficient fashion. We make every effort to limit our downtime, so our customers do not have to wait for a quality product.
